For more than a year, I produced creative visuals and videos for Quill.com's social media stream. Each week, the creative team would produce 10 or more posts to keep followers engaged. We collaborated with the merchandise team to align upcoming sales promotions with posts. I lead and managed the visual design and helped with messaging. My visual strategy were driven by our knowledge of the customer base. Research showed Quill.com's audience appreciated humor, bright colors, organic-like posts, and videos.
